What is a "non-contact structure pump"?
The Nakakin Rotary Pump features a structure in which the rotor and casing have no contact with each other.
The pump provides a number of benefits including: No malfunctions due to burning of contact parts and longer pump life because of part durability.
In addition, the Nakakin Rotary Pump uses Nakamura Metal No. 3, which is able to withstand high temperatures with small expansion rates. This allows for very minimum clearance between the rotors and casing despite our pumps being non-contact. Our Rotary Pump has achieved high performance in a number of areas, including discharge/suction capabilities, our pumps capability to pump a constant volume of liquid, and easy cleanability.

Can be completely cleaned with a CIP (Cleaning in Place) system!

In an age of increasing demands on excellent quality control, manufacturing sites require a high degree of cleanability, in other words, sanitary machines.
The Nakakin Rotary Pump allows for cleaning down to the smallest component and incredibly easy assembly/disassembly.
We also provide an SC series that provides a higher degree of cleanability and our AMXN series that blocks outside air and can be applied to aseptic lines.

Even can be used for highly viscous liquids such as tomato paste!
Standard specifications allow for pumping of liquids up to 95°C and high-temperature specifications, 150°C
Also allows for the distribution of solids and slurries
