We know that cleaning is very important, especially when it comes to production lines.
But it’s such a hassle to clean them and nobody ever knows if the pumps are really clean or not.
Nakakin pumps are designed for easy cleaning:
1. They are very easy to disassemble/assemble, and each part can be cleaned thoroughly.
2. Featuring a CIP mechanism, they also allow for cleaning/sterilisation without disassembly.
This is why we are able to clean pumps down to the smallest component.
Our SC Series dramatically minimises liquid pooling inside the pump, making for a much cleaner pump.
* Pumps with a CIP (Cleaning in Place) system can be cleaned and sterilised without disassembly. In addition, the metals do not corrode even if detergent, hot water or disinfectant is flushed through the pump.
Liquid leakage often occurs before we notice it happening.

How can this be stopped?
Nakakin Rotary Pumps feature a non-contact structure where the rotor and casing do not touch each other at any point.
We also provide suggestions to prevent pump impurities due to wear / malfunction, such as recommended maintenance of the pumps.
We handle high viscosity liquids, but have problems because we are not able to pump them consistently through our machines.
Nakakin Rotary Pumps allow for the distribution of both low- and high-viscosity liquids with great efficiency. Another major characteristic of our pumps is that they don’t break down the mingled solids as they go through our pumps.
